Booking, Cancellation and Waitlist Policy

Booking Policy
  •  $50 nonrefundable retainer is required at booking and will go towards balance.
  •  Full payment is due within 3 business days of the event.

Cancellation Policy
  •  Cancellations or date changes made within 5 days of the event are non-refundable.
  •  Changes made more than 5 days before the event will be credited toward a future booking within 90 

      days of the original date. After 90 days, the deposit/payment is forfeited.
  •  Date change requests must be made at least 15 days in advance to avoid fees. Requests made within 30

      days will incur a $100 reschedule fee, unless otherwise approved in writing by Ntrusted Touch.
  •  All changes are subject to availability. Travel fees may apply.

 

Waitlist Policy
  •  If your preferred service/date is fully booked, you can join our waitlist at no charge, please email                  thentrustedtouch@gmail.com.
  •  Waitlist spots are offered in order as they open up.
  •  Once contacted, you’ll have 24 hours to confirm. If we don’t hear back, the spot goes to the next person.
