The services provided by The Ntrusted Touch are intended for entertainment purposes only. While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and proper operation of our photo booth equipment, we cannot be held responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of misuse, accidents, or negligence by event guests, venue staff, or third parties.

The Client assumes full responsibility for providing a safe and suitable environment for the setup and operation of the photo booth, including sufficient space, power supply, and venue permissions. The Client is also responsible for any damage to equipment or property caused by guests or attendees during the event.

The Ntrusted Touch is not liable for:

• Power failures, venue restrictions, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

• Loss of data, images, or media due to unforeseen technical malfunctions.

• Indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, opportunities, or revenue.

 
By booking our services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to release The Ntrusted Touch, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from the use of our services and equipment.

Terms & Conditions

For customers who prefer not to pay online, The Ntrusted Touch accepts the following offline payment methods:

• Cash – Accepted at the time of booking (receipt provided).

• Check – Payable to The Ntrusted Touch. Please allow at least [X days] for checks to clear prior to your event date.

• Money Order / Cashier’s Check – Payable to The Ntrusted Touch.

• Direct Bank Transfer (Zelle, CashApp, or similar) – Details will be provided upon request.
