Ntrusted provides professional balloon arch design, installation, and styling services using high‑quality, professional‑grade latex and foil balloons. When Ntrusted supplies the balloons, clients can expect consistent color options, proper inflation, and durable construction; however, balloon longevity varies based on environmental conditions, and outdoor installations cannot be guaranteed due to weather factors such as heat, wind, and humidity. If any balloons pop or deflate during installation, they will be replaced at no cost, but repairs needed after setup may require an additional service fee. Clients may also choose to provide their own balloons. All client‑provided materials must be new, unused, and professional‑grade, as Ntrusted cannot guarantee the quality or performance of balloons supplied by the client. Low‑quality or unsuitable materials may be declined, and Ntrusted is not responsible for popping, tearing, or premature deflation when using client‑provided balloons. Additional balloons may be required during assembly, and clients must supply extras or purchase replacements from Ntrusted. A handling fee may apply when working with client‑provided materials due to sorting and quality control needs. Clients are responsible for ensuring the installation area is clean, accessible, and safe. Outdoor setups require appropriate structures or anchoring points, and Ntrusted is not liable for damage caused by weather or venue restrictions. Teardown services are available for an additional fee, and clients disposing of balloon décor must follow local waste guidelines. A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure event dates, and cancellations within seven days of the event will forfeit the deposit, though rescheduling may be possible based on availability. Balloons can pose safety risks, and clients assume responsibility for all safety considerations after installation. Ntrusted is not liable for damage caused by balloons coming into contact with heat, sharp objects, or environmental conditions.
